Depending on the time of year, our team grows from 6 to 20. We're proud of the safe, welcoming environment we've built, where people genuinely feel they can thrive. Most of our crew are overseas travellers here for their 88 days (and often longer).

Thanks to our experienced management team, most of our new starters come to us through word of mouth, with a few Facebook ads to help spread the word.

We're a family-owned rural business, tucked away at the Four Ways with around 200 km to the nearest towns in every direction: Normanton, Julia Creek, Gregory and Cloncurry. We look after mostly the tourists & traveller crowds, plus road crews, government & health workers, pilots & station crews.
