Can I book my caravan site in advance?

We do not take bookings for our caravan park ahead of arrival as our sites are not allocated & this ensures flexibility & fairness for all our travelling customers. Most of our sites are drive through & we've squeezed over 50 x caravans in during peak times.

When can I check in?

Check-in for our rooms starts at 2 PM. For camping and powered sites, check-in is available all day.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before check-in without penalty, all cancellations must be submitted by email: burkeandwillsroadhouse@gmail.com. Unapproved cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge for the full amount of the first night's tariff & the remainder of the booking with be cancelled.

Can I Bring My Pet?

Our caravan park is pet-friendly! Only registered service animals are allowed inside the roadhouse or on the lawns surrounding the roadhouse. Please do not wash pet bedding in our washing machines or use sinks for pet care & please pick up after them.

Do you have a dump point?

Unfortunately we do not have a dump point so please keep your toilet contents with you until you reach a disposal point elsewhere. Please do not dump your toilet contents down our toilets/septic systems, it will clog our system.

Amenities

We have an amenities block located central to the complex behind the roadhouse building with toilets & showers (water is not suitable for drinking). These are included in the price of your stay; if you're not staying with us, you can access these amenities for $4 fee (no fee for truck drivers who are eating with us).
In the centre of the big amenities block we have 2 x coin operated washing machines available for use for $4 (4 x $1 coins) with a clothes line just behind the building (please bring your own pegs). Be mindful to not overload the washing machines & do not wash pet bedding or heavily oiled clothing in our washers.

WIFI / Phone coverage

We offer guest WIFI for persons staying with us overnight & we have a Telstra tower on our complex.

Noise Policy

Generators are not permitted. Our licensed hours are from 10am - 12am & if we have music/performances with live bands, they take place in our beer garden area away from the park.

Staying with horses?

The Burke & Wills Sports Club grounds is across the road with water troughs & yards for spelling.

Aviation

There is an airstrip within walking distance of the roadhouse. If an RFDS plane is on the strip they have first preference.
